Returns: Cindy's Wicked Good Beadz offers the following Returns Policy: Items may be returned in original state within 30 days for full refund **EXCEPTIONS: Vintaj Jewelry Kits, Cut Chain and Clearance items are not returnable** If not in original state (off strand, sealed package opened, etc), store credit will be given. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: tentatively resuming as of 11/6/10. Minimum international shipping fee is $15, for first class or priority flat rate, depending on size of order. If you do not plan to pay your country's tax/tariff/fees, DO NOT order from me, as I will not refund your money if I receive the package back unclaimed months later. All international sales are final, and I am not responsible for packages that arrive damaged or don't arrive at all.
