These are a thin gauge that will usually fit through freshwater pearls. Since they are so long and thin, they tend not to arrive straight, but are easily straightened with your fingers or nylon pliers before use.

The supplier calls these "black" but they are not as black as the black and black matte black chain from the same supplier (example SKU 5440-MB). They definitely lean more towards the gunmetal color
