About Unicorne lampwork beads: Unlike most beads which are made from ordinary or “soft” glass, Unicorne Beads are created from "hard" or borosilicate glass, which is worked at much higher temperatures than ordinary glass and then kiln annealed at over 1000 degrees which makes for a stronger more durable product
